Novo Technologies Celebrates its 15th Anniversary

Levis, Quebec, February 9th, 2010 – Novo Technologies, a leading provider of call recording solutions used for compliance and quality monitoring, is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a renewed confidence in its strategic direction, important expansion initiatives and significant product announcements planned for 2010.

 
Since its inception in 1995, Novo Technologies experienced steady growth and sound financials while delivering hundreds of recording solutions for customers worldwide. This ongoing success is fuelled by Novo’s strong culture for product innovation and for customer service excellence.

Several landmarks were met during these 15 years. The team grew in size and skills, Novo developed strong relationships with key industry partners and, in the last year alone, delivered some of its most significant customer deployments: one of the largest, multisite Cisco IP deployments in Canada. Novo has also finalized the delivery of a significant multisite emergency call recording solution in Malaysia while releasing version 5.2 of its award-winning recording solution NovoLog with enhanced IP recording support.
 
Novo is starting this new decade with a strong plan for growth and for exploring new territories. Inspired by the famous local arctic explorer, Captain Joseph-Elzéar Bernier, Novo crafted a solid roadmap to expand into new and exciting call recording markets. Several key business and product initiatives are due for the coming months.
