Louis Turmel

Founder CEO

Mr. Louis Turmel is the Chiel executive officer of Novo Technologies since its establishment in 1995. He is primarily in charge of Novo’s positioning as a strategic player in performance indicator software for North American contact centres. From March 1991 to October 1994, he was the co-founder and Sales Vice President of Polyvox, a private voicemail and outdialer software company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, and acquired significant experience in information technologies and sales from the various positions he has held in that industry since 1984. During his career, he has sat on several boards of directors, including those of the Jeune chambre de commerce de Levis and of the Quebec metro high tech park.

Michel Côté

Vice President Operations

Mr. Michel Côté is the Vice President of Operations for Novo Technologies since April 2007. He coordinates research and development, implementation and service teams. Mr. Côté has close to 25 years of experience in the management of high-tech teams for manufacturing and government organizations. He masters all aspects of business management. He has developed several business plans for start-ups and participated in various strategic positioning exercises. Mr. Côté has vast high-tech experience, having managed computer, telecom and network specialists, mechanical and electrical engineers, physicians and robotic vision specialists. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Management from Université Laval in 1983, and a certificate in Business Administration in 1989.
