Software Development Kit NovoSDK
NovoSDK provides the Application Programming Interface (API) allowing NovoLog to integrate itself to your applications. The NovoSDK API facilitates building links to :
- Automatically exchange information with the NovoLog database.
- Automatically Interrupt and restart the NovoLog recorder as initiated by another application.
- Allows for certain confidential segments of the conversation to be omitted from the recording.

NovoSDK can help your organisation to be PCI DSS compliant as it will allow NovoLog to integrate with your payment application. Here’s an example of such an integration :
- The agent uses the payment application normally.
- Once the agent clicks in a specific field within an application (ex: Credit Card number input), NovoLog stops recording.
- Once the agent clicks anywhere else on the screen, NovoLog restarts automatically.
- Call will be saved as a single file (silence will replace sensitive information).
