NovoLog’s DataManager is for call center information systems employees that are under organizational pressure to manage and secure high-volume, diverse call recording data for quality monitoring and compliance applications. DataManager is a user-friendly, sophisticated data management tool with natural language rule configuration that provides call recording (audio and video) archiving and purging. Unlike the competition, DataManager provides extended criteria-based (e.g. agent skill-set, inbound/outbound call-type, channel-specific, and recorder-specific) archiving and purging. As well, NovoLog’s DataManager features call retention period-based purging functionality.
