Novo got a facelift!
We are proud to send you our very first newsletter, eNOV!
Since the beginning of the year, Novo has undergone a major facelift. As well as its constantly evolving products Novo wished to update its website. Thanks to the excellent work of the Montreal firm Adviso, our site has been developed according to the latest trends in ergonomics and web strategy.
The Novo website design was carried out by a young company based in Quebec City, Dexero, which also looked to brighten up our brand image. Initially, our goal was to strengthen our presence in the contact centre industry and on the web. It is by communicating to Dexero the essence of our products that we came up with our new slogan. - Novo, Empower Customer Experience. A slogan that has swept the company with a wave of inspiration. Wishing for some radical changes, Novo has adopted a new image, new logos and a presentation of products which mean to be more up to date and especially audacious!
In order to keep our momentum, we invite you to answer a brief survey of appreciation towards these major changes. It will enable us to better suit your needs.
IN FRANÇAIS PLEASE!
Officially launched on April 7th, our website was so far only offered in English. But, finally, here it is! After many hours spent to ensure the quality of our translation, and following visit reports showing the more and more pressing need for a French version, the Novo Technologies website is now available in French!
We are therefore pleased to offer you a bilingual website, which we hope will meet the needs of our customers from the different markets in which we operate.

Newly launched for the summer season, the new 1.8 version of NovoValue will answer all your expectations! Among the many new features, this version will offer:
- The integration of NovoScreen to NovoValue to facilitate the assessment of both your agents conversations and screen activity.
- More refined purge criteria and the possibility to purge evaluations and recording schedules which would become obsolete in order to retain only the relevant data.
- A personalized grids management allowing the activation or deactivation of certain grids in order to prevent misuse.
- The possibility to determine the tab order for when you will fill in the evaluation grids.
- A clearer display of the selected items and scores (or marks) of the evaluation.
