It is with pride that Novo Technologies announces the launch of NovoLog Suite version 5.1.

The 5.1 version has been designed to increase the clients’ independence. More specifically, NovoLog 5.1 provides your IT managers with greater autonomy regarding to the maintenance of the system and their ability to make changes to configurations without having to plan an interruption of the recordings or without needing Novo’s assistance.

With this new version, the reliability of the NovoLog Suite software is further increased. Indeed, you can now rest assured that your system is running at all times thanks to preventive monitoring ensuring that there are no recording interruptions (you will be notified if the event occurs),.

Other benefits of version 5.1 are the reduction of the time required to deploy the solution in your organization, the decreased number of steps necessary in the recording process, as well as a faster access to the recordings through a centralized database. Moreover, it is now possible to visualize the agent’s screen through NovoScreen which has been integrated to the interface of the newest versions of NovoLog Enterprise and NovoLog Express.

Clearly, the 5.1 version of NovoLog offers a better return on investment and, above all, greater time saving.
