Novo Technologies carefully plans its implementations to ensure the best execution. Our professional services are comprised of a technical team responsible for planning implementation and execution, as well as administrator and user training. Our solutions are designed to be easily and quickly installed.

The implementation process begins by identifying your needs and understanding your project. Our team will communicate with you to plan all operations, and our Project Leader will plan implementation and training sessions.

For each project, Novo will test implementation in a controlled environment to confirm any special features of the selected solution. After testing, the equipment will be delivered to your office for installation.

With Novo Technologies, you receive structured supervision during the solution acquisition and implementation process. 

Our 6-step implementation process is as follows:

1.    Identification of needs.
2.    Project launch.
3.    Build-up.
4.    Development and monitoring.
5.    Monitoring.
6.    Closing.

Once implementation and training have been completed, we will transfer responsibility for your solution to our post-implementation monitoring team. Taking a preventive and proactive approach, this team will monitor your daily activities. Subsequently, our support team will become your primary interface.

Training

There are two types of in-house training in our basic implementation process. The first, for administrators, takes place on the last day of implementation and lasts approximately three hours. This complete training covers all solution management functionalities. 

The second type of training is for users, managers and internal supervisors. This training covers solution usage functionalities. We recommend training sessions with a maximum of 10 participants.

Novo can also adapt standard training programs to your specific requirements. Course outlines and electronic manuals are provided.
