NovoLog Client
During the summer, Novo will launch its latest product, NovoLog Client. This new generation, multifunctional tool allows organizations to comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard for sales transactions with customers.
NovoLog Client is a desktop interface that enables agents to interact with the NovoLog servers. With this tool, agents can add information or comments during the recording facilitating the search and retrieval of a desired recording. NovoLog Client also gives the agent the ability to identify the recordings he wishes to keep.

Another benefit of using NovoLog Client is to provide greater autonomy to the agents and to increase the security of the information transmitted during the conversation. Indeed, one of the features of NovoLog Client allows an agent to pause a recording when the caller discloses sensitive information such as his credit card number. Thus, when a supervisor listens to the conversation, this confidential information is not heard. NovoLog Client is an essential asset for organizations conducting transactions on the phone and that care about compliance. |
